This is a digital download-only reissue of Brown Angel's 2006 CD-R "Instinct of Self-Denial," which was released in a limited edition of 50 copies. This CD-R had been produced for sale at shows in Pittsburgh, New York City, and Providence, R.I., and was available in shops in the Pittsburgh area only. The program comprises four-track recordings made by the band as well as portions of a 2006 performance on the 'Advanced Calculus' program on WRCT 88.3 FM, Carnegie Mellon University radio.
